F.A.Q.

  • What is the age requirement?
    • Players must be over 16 years old
    • Any players under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time
  • Is the tournament restricted to a region?
    • Only players that are residents or citizens of the UAE are permitted to participate in eUAEPL 2025
  • What are the required details for registration
    • All player are required to submit their Full Real Name, ID/Passport scan, Home Address, PSN ID and Discord ID
    • Verification is done on our Discord server after the registration is completed on the website
  • What is the match process on game day?
    • As per the shared schedule, players are expected to be ready at least 10 minutes before the match time
    • A maximum waiting time limit of 20 minutes is allowed incase of any delays, after which the player will have forfeit the match
    • Game settings and team requirements are to be strictly followed as per the rulebook
    • Players are REQUIRED to RECORD all their matches. Failure to provide recordings on request will result in disqualification
    • After the match, score validation must be done though the platform’s score submission portal
  • How many matches per day?
    • The number of matches will be disclosed once the registrations are over
  • What is the format of the tournament?
    • Open Qualifiers will be run in a Single Elimination Best of 1 format (one match per round). The winner advances; the loser is eliminated
    • Round of 64 & Club Players Entry
      • When the tournament reaches the Round of 64, pre-selected club-represented players will be added to the bracket
      • Matches will be played in Ultimate Team-friendly matches with a home-and-away format
    • Top 16 Stage & Group Stage Qualification
      • Once the Top 16 is determined, a structured qualification process begins:
        • The 8 winners of the Top 16 matches will directly qualify for the Group Stage.
        • The 8 losers will enter a Second Chance Qualifier:
          • These 8 players compete, and the 4 winners advance to the Group Stage.
          • The 4 losers play another round of qualifiers, where the top 2 winners secure the Group Stage spots.
        • This results in 14 qualified players moving forward to the Group Stage.
